Brett Smith is the proud owner and lead inspector at Your Best Inspect L.L.C.. As a member of InterNACHI®, an InterNACHI® Certified Home Inspector, and a Certified Professional Inspector CPI®, he brings over 15 years of experience in providing comprehensive home inspection services. When it comes to making one of the most significant decisions of your life – buying a home – Brett firmly believes it should be based on knowledge and facts rather than feelings and intuition.

Beyond his professional life, Brett cherishes his family, with 31 years of marriage and three adult boys. They enjoy boating, snow skiing, and beach vacations together. Engaging in his local church, serving on the school board, past Rotary President, and delivering Meals on Wheels for 15 years are the pillars of his community involvement.
